Which OBC certificate is needed for central government jobs?
OBC-NCL (non-creamy layer) in the Central Government format, valid as per the date or financial year in the notice. A state-format certificate is often rejected.
Which year EWS certificate is valid?
Usually the certificate for the financial year before the year you apply – the notice tells the exact year. Get a new one each year.
My name spelling is different in two documents.
Get an affidavit or gazette notification for the name change and keep it with your documents. Fill the form exactly as in your 10th certificate.
