Why hide my Aadhaar number?
When you give a copy of Aadhaar, the first 8 digits are not needed. Hiding them keeps you safe from misuse – UIDAI also gives a “masked Aadhaar”.
Is the hidden text really gone?
Yes. Pages with boxes are saved as pictures, so nobody can copy or uncover the hidden words.
It says “nothing found”.
