Questions
What size does it print?
The real ATM-card size: 85.6 × 54 mm (CR80). Aadhaar PVC, PAN, smart Driving Licence, smart RC, Voter ID and Ayushman cards all use this size.
How do I print it the right size?
Open the PDF and print at 100% / “Actual size”. Do not choose “Fit to page”. The A4 sheet has a 50 mm line at the top – measure it with a ruler to check.
Can I use e-Aadhaar PDF?
Yes. Choose the PDF and type its password (first 4 letters of the name in CAPITALS + year of birth, like SURE1990). Then drag the dots to the front part, and use “Same file as front” for the back.
How do I print on a PVC card printer?
Choose “Card printer” – every page of the PDF is exactly card size (front, then back). For printers with their own software, download the Front and Back JPG (they carry the right print size).
How do I print on a PVC A4 sheet both sides?
Choose “A4 double-sided”. Page 1 has the fronts, page 2 the backs placed so they line up. Print page 1, put the sheet back, flip on the long edge, and print page 2.
Is my document uploaded?
No. Everything happens on your phone or computer. Aadhaar and other documents never leave your device.
