What is Kruti Dev?

Kruti Dev 010 is an old Hindi typing font used in many offices and courts. Text typed in it looks like English letters (like “Hkkjr”) in other apps. Unicode Hindi (like “भारत”) works everywhere – WhatsApp, Gmail, online forms.

How do I use it?

Paste your text in the top box. The tool finds out if it is Kruti Dev or Unicode Hindi and changes it. Copy the answer from the bottom box.

My Kruti Dev answer shows English letters. Why?

That is correct. Paste it in MS Word or Excel and choose the font “Kruti Dev 010”. Then it shows in Hindi.

Does it work for other fonts like DevLys or Chanakya?

No. It is made for Kruti Dev 010 only. DevLys 010 uses almost the same keys, so it often works, but please check.

Is my text sent anywhere?
