How strong is the password lock?
We use AES-256, the strongest lock PDFs support. Without the password, the file cannot be opened.
I forgot my password. Can you open it?
No. Nobody can – that is what makes it safe. Keep your password somewhere safe before you share the file.
Can I stop people from printing or copying?
Yes. Tick the boxes. Most PDF apps follow these rules, but some apps may ignore them, so don’t rely on them for top secret files.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The lock is added on your phone. Your PDF and password never leave your device.
