Do I need my landlord's PAN?
If your total rent is more than ₹1,00,000 in a year (about ₹8,333 a month), your company may ask for the landlord's PAN. If the landlord has no PAN, they give a written declaration.
When is a revenue stamp needed?
When rent above ₹5,000 is paid in cash, the receipt should have a ₹1 revenue stamp signed by the landlord. For bank transfer, UPI or cheque, a stamp is not needed.
Can I make receipts for the whole year at once?
Yes. Choose the first and last month. You get one PDF with a receipt for every month (or every 3 months), two receipts on each page.
Who should sign?
The landlord signs each receipt. Print the PDF and get it signed, or add the landlord's signature photo if they agree.
Is my data saved?
