🏆 Contract Award – पिछले सालों के नतीजे, सब एक जगह

CPPP (eprocure.gov.in) पर 2021 से अब तक के केंद्र और राज्यों के Contract Award एक जगह मिलते हैं – मुफ़्त, सरकारी साइट पर।

भाग 1 – टेंडर ढूँढें

  1. नीचे का बटन दबाएँ – Central (केंद्र सरकार) या States (राज्य)। या CPPP पर ऊपर “Search Tender / Bids” → “Result of Tenders”।
  2. Central में Organisation Name चुनें, States में State Name चुनें।
  3. Keyword में काम का नाम लिखें (कम से कम 3 अक्षर, जैसे vehicle, road, building) या सीधे Tender ID डालें।
  4. AOC Published Year चुनें – 2021 से अब तक कोई भी साल (यह ज़रूरी है)।
  5. “What code is in the image?” में तस्वीर वाले अक्षर भरें और Search दबाएँ।
  6. सूची में AOC Date, काम का नाम और Tender ID दिखेंगे (जैसे 2025_WASHI_1261268_1)। अपने काम की Tender ID कॉपी कर लें।

भाग 2 – काम किसे मिला, कितने में?

  1. ऊपर से मिली Tender ID नीचे वाले डिब्बे में डालें, राज्य चुनें और “Copy & open” दबाएँ।
  2. राज्य का पोर्टल खुलेगा – ऊपर की पट्टी में “Results of Tenders” दबाएँ।
  3. Tender ID वाले खाने में Paste करें, तस्वीर वाले अक्षर (Captcha) भरें और Search दबाएँ।
  4. अपनी लाइन में दाईं ओर AOC वाले छोटे 📄 आइकॉन पर टैप करें।
  5. “AOC Summary” खुलेगी: Bidder Name (काम किसे मिला), Awarded Value / Total Contract Value (कितने में), Contract Date और AOC document (PDF)।

Tender ID आपके फ़ोन में ही रहती है – हम इसे कहीं नहीं भेजते। अगर आपका राज्य CPPP की सूची में नहीं है (जैसे छत्तीसगढ़ का अपना पोर्टल), तो सीधे राज्य के पोर्टल पर नतीजा देखें।

🏛️ Central Govt (CPPP / eProcure)

केंद्र सरकार के विभाग, PSU, रेलवे के कई टेंडर

  1. नीचे का बटन दबाकर पोर्टल खोलें (यह सरकारी वेबसाइट है)।
  2. बाईं ओर की सूची में “Tenders by Status” या “Results of Tenders” पर टैप करें।
  3. Tender Type चुनें, Status में “AOC” (Award of Contract) या “Financial Bid Opening” चुनें।
  4. Organisation (विभाग) या Tender ID डालें, फिर तस्वीर वाले अक्षर (Captcha) भरें और Search दबाएँ।
  5. अपने टेंडर के सामने वाले आइकॉन पर टैप करें – वहाँ Bid Opening Summary (किसने कितना रेट भरा, L1 कौन) और AOC (किसे काम मिला, कितने में) दिखेगा।

🛒 GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

सामान और सेवाएँ – ज़्यादातर सरकारी ख़रीद

  1. नीचे का बटन दबाकर GeM की Bids सूची खोलें।
  2. ऊपर Search में Bid Number (जैसे GEM/2026/B/…) या सामान/विभाग का नाम डालें।
  3. अपनी Bid पर टैप करें – Bid की स्थिति (Technical Evaluation, Financial Evaluation, Bid Award) दिखती है।
  4. Bid में भाग लेने वाले Seller अपने GeM Login में अपनी Bid खोलकर पूरा नतीजा (L1, L2 और अपना rank) देख सकते हैं।
  5. Reverse Auction (RA) हुआ हो तो RA Number से भी नतीजा दिखता है।

🌾 Chhattisgarh (CG eProcurement)

छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के विभाग – PWD, जल संसाधन, PHE, नगर निगम आदि

  1. नीचे का बटन दबाकर CG eProcurement पोर्टल खोलें।
  2. होम पेज पर टेंडर की सूची / Search में विभाग या Tender Number डालें।
  3. टेंडर खोलें – Bid Opening और नतीजे (Result / Award) वहाँ दिखते हैं।
  4. जिन्होंने बोली लगाई है, वे अपने Login में अपने टेंडर का पूरा नतीजा (कौन L1, कितना रेट) देख सकते हैं।
  5. नतीजा आपकी रजिस्टर्ड ईमेल पर भी आता है – Spam फ़ोल्डर भी देखें।

📖 Words you will see / ये शब्द दिखेंगे

Tender ID / NITटेंडर का नंबर। इसे लिखकर रखें – नतीजा इसी से जल्दी मिलता है।
Technical Bidपहला लिफ़ाफ़ा – कागज़, अनुभव, टर्नओवर। इसमें पास होने वाले ही आगे जाते हैं।
Financial Bid / BOQदूसरा लिफ़ाफ़ा – आपका रेट। BOQ = काम की सूची और रेट।
Bid Opening Summaryकिसने कितना रेट भरा – सबके नाम और रकम।
L1, L2, L3L1 = सबसे कम रेट वाला (Lowest 1)। आमतौर पर काम L1 को मिलता है।
AOCAward of Contract – काम किसे और कितने में दिया गया, इसका अंतिम नतीजा।
EMD / Bid Securityबोली के साथ जमा पैसा (अक्सर 2%)। हारने पर वापस मिलता है।
Bid Security DeclarationEMD की जगह लिखित वादा – कई टेंडर में MSE/स्टार्टअप को छूट।
Performance Securityकाम मिलने पर जमा गारंटी (अक्सर 3–5%, works में 3–10%)।
Corrigendumटेंडर में बाद में किया गया बदलाव – तारीख़ या शर्तें बदल सकती हैं।

Questions

Where can I see contract awards of past years?

On CPPP (eprocure.gov.in): Search Tender / Bids → Result of Tenders. Choose Central or States, pick the organisation or state, the AOC Published Year (2021 onwards), type the captcha and search. Then open the Tender ID on the state portal → Results of Tenders → AOC to see the winner and the contract value.

Can I see who won a government tender?

Yes. On CPPP and most state portals open “Tenders by Status” or “Results of Tenders”, choose AOC (Award of Contract), search your Tender ID, fill the captcha and open the tender. On GeM, search the bid number.

What is L1?

L1 is the lowest bidder (Lowest 1). In most works and goods tenders the work goes to L1, if their technical bid was accepted.

Why does the portal ask for a captcha?

It is the government's security check to stop bots. Type the letters from the picture – it is safe.

Does Free Hub show the results itself?

No. Results are only on the official government portals. This page shows you the right portal and the steps, in simple Hindi.

Where are Chhattisgarh tenders?

On the CG eProcurement portal (eproc.cgstate.gov.in). Central government work in Chhattisgarh is on CPPP and GeM.
